    Directions

    Step 1

    羊栖菜泡入水中至软身,沥干水份备用。Soak Hijiki in water until soften,drain.

    Step 2

    烧热油,加入洋栖菜炒香,加入调味料煮片刻,再倒入所有材料A,小火焖至收汁盛起备用。Heat oil in wok,saute Hijiki until fragrant,toss in seasoning and follow with all ingredients A and simmer in low heat until gravy reduced.

    Step 3

    青瓜去芯切长粗丝,菇丝用白镬烘熟即可。Remove the core of the cucumber and cut it into long thick shreds, and heat the shredded mushrooms in a wok until cooked.

    Step 4

    将材料C加入已煮好羊栖菜,拌匀洒上芝麻享用。Add in ingredients C and Hijiki,toss well with sesame seeds and dish out.
